What to do:
In a medium bowl put in the eggs one by one. Beat the eggs with a hand whisk until fluffy, add in the milk and continue to whip until mixture is combined. Go in beat by beat with the flour.
Continue to whip gradually until the mixture is nice and thick. Add the sugar, cinnamon powder, a pinch of salt, and vanilla essence and continue to mix. Add one heaped teaspoon of baking powder and mix well until combined and set aside.
Place a nonstick pan over medium heat, put a teaspoon of butter, then use a ladle to pour the pancake mixture into the pan.
Make one at a time. Flip them after 1 minute and continue to make the rest. The pancakes will be thick and fluffy.
Enjoy them as it is or with a sauce of your choice.
