In a large bowl, put all the dry ingredients. Add the margarine and mix well.
Now go in with the milk and knead until the dough is soft. Cover with clean film and let it double in size, punch it back and make about 8 equal rolls.
Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise until double in size.
Now roll them into flat rounds, fill the sides with mozzarella cheese fold the sides and seal the sides with a fork to hold in the cheese. Now add the toppings.For the toppings, you will need 1kg mozzarella cheese grated and Cooked Chicken flakes (chunks)'
For the sauce
1 onion, diced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic mince
1/2 teaspoon ginger mince
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon curry powder
100g tomato paste
A handful of fresh coriander
Juice of 1 lime
Method:
Saute the onions until soft, then add the garlic and ginger mince. Add the cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and black pepper and mix well until fragrant.
Now add the tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are mashed. Mix well with the marinated minced meat, curry powder, and tomato paste.
Add the curry powder, and fresh coriander and finish off with juice of 1 lime. Cook until water is evaporated and the mincemeat is almost dry.Use this as a base topping on the pizza, and finish off with chicken flakes and mozzarella cheese.Bake in an oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
