20ml Cold infused coffee

Add all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake well. Pour out the ice and dry shake. Serve in a chilled fishbowl glass. Garnish with cinnamon powder and a cinnamon stick
Smoked caramel syrup: In a saucepan heat 250ml of caramel syrup, and pour it into a jar. Torch 5g of cinnamon stick and put it in the jar while the caramel syrup is still warm then seal the jar to trap smoke inside. Leave for 12 hours and taste if it’s desired smokiness
Cold-infused coffee: In a jar, add 18g of coffee beans, 250ml of mineral water and 2 bar spoons of sugar. Seal the jar and shake it place it in the fridge for overnight or 24 hours.
