- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180C. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, cloves and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth and bubbly.
Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the entire surface of the ham with the glaze using a pastry brush.
Cover the ham with aluminium foil and bake for about an hour, or according to the package instructions, until heated through.
Remove the foil, brush with more icing and bake for a further 15-20 minutes or until the icing is sticky and caramelised.
Remove the ham from the oven and leave to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve the ham warm and drizzle any remaining glaze over the slices for extra flavour.
