Fox, now a mom of four, hasn’t posted about the arrival yet.
But her pregnancy announcement back in November set the tone. Posing nude, drenched in black liquid, she cradled her bump and shared a positive test pic, writing, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.”
