What you will need:
1kg chicken thighs (skin on)1 teaspoon minced garlic1 teaspoon minced ginger1 teaspoon of crushed black pepperSalt to taste1/4 cup white vinegarVegetable oil for frying
Method:
Marinate the chicken with garlic, ginger, black pepper salt, and white vinegar. Leave to marinate for about an hour then fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Once the chicken is fried set aside. Keep the rest of the marinade for the sauce.
For the sauce:
200g margarine1/2 teaspoon minced garlic30g Spanish paprika powderThe chicken marinadeOne lemon or lime (squeezed)
Melt the margarine in a frying pan over medium heat, add the garlic and reduce the heat to low. Add the paprika and mix well, then add the remaining chicken marinade. Add the lime juice.

Bring to a simmer, once the liquid has evaporated add the fried chicken. Continue to pour the sauce over the chicken, then remove the chicken from the sauce and arrange it on a platter.
