This refreshing cocktail is the perfect drink for sunny days. Whether you are at the beach, event or brunch with your buddies, this cocktail is just right. With the bubbly prosecco in check and bittersweet aperitif, it combines to create the perfect remedy to the scorching heat or humidity in any place in the world.

INGREDIENTS:

Ice cubes.

3 ounces or 90g Prosecco or sparkling wine of your choice.

1 ounce or 30g aperitif, such as Aperol or Campari.

Club soda or sparkling water, optional, to taste.

Briny olive or orange slice for garnishing.

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Start by filling a large wine glass with ice cubes. Then, throw in the aperitif of choice, followed by sparkling wine. Carefully stir in order to combine and create the perfect solution. You can then top it up with soda for a lighter variation.

Adding the soda is not a must, but it is recommended. Then, beautifully garnish your classic Italian Spritz Cocktail with a briny olive or orange slice. Garnishing the delicious cocktail makes it attractive.
