1 litre milk

1 cup walnuts

1 cup raisins

1 tbsp. cinnamon

2 tbsp. desiccated coconut

Method:

In a deep pot on medium-high heat, boil the milk, sweet condensed milk and heavy cream. Once boiled remove the mixture from the heat and set it aside to cool down.

Now cut the bread into small chunky pieces and put it into a casserole. Sprinkle the cinnamon and desiccated coconut on top, then add the walnuts, raisins and milk.

Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Have your Umma Ali warm on its own or with some vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
