President William Ruto on Thursday presided over the country's 59th Mashujaa Day celebrations at Uhuru Gardens and he was accompanied by his family to mark the occasion.
Having set the fashion bar high during his inauguration, the President's family picked up from where they left off, showing up in carefully-chosen outfits befitting their new status.
The Head of State, who always has his fashion in check, was draped in a black suit paired with a white shirt and maroon tie while his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua donned paired his black suit with a yellow tie.
First Lady Rachel Ruto kept it simple in a floor-length detailed Ankara gown which she paired with drop earrings, a natural makeup look and minimal jewelry.
The president's son, Nick Ruto, matched up his look with that of his father as he too clad in a black suit paired with a maroon tie.
His wife Evelyn Chemutai stunned in a floor-length emerald green gown while Charlene Ruto brought back the little black dress trend and completed off her look with pointed high heels.
