The lady in question, actress and presenter Gaëlle Garcia Diaz, was asked about her budding relationship with Fellaini on a Belgian talk show.
Questioned about his winning charms, she said: "What can I say? He can do more than just play good football".
Everyone in the room then either raised an eyebrow or adopted a knowing expression. The show's presenter looked like he was about to faint.
