Chelsea club doctor Eva Carneiro is yet to return to Stamford Bridge after the criticism the Blues' medical staff received from Jose Mourinho.
The Portuguese hit out at Carneiro and head physio Jon Fearn after they ran on to the pitch to attend to Eden Hazard during Chelsea's 2-2 draw with Swansea on August 8.
It momentarily left the Blues down to nine men, and Mourinho labelled the pair 'impulsive and naive'.
Carneiro's role was downgraded after the incident, but she is yet to return to work in any capacity according to the BBC.
She is in onging discussions with her lawyers, with Mourinho not backing down.
The incident and its fall-out will be discussed by FIFA's medical committee, when they meet on September 11.
Carneiro, who has been with the club five years, took to Facebook to thank people for their support.
Chelsea are refusing to comment,.
