Paul Walker's daughter Meadow paid tribute to her late father in a touching Instagram post on Father's Day.

The Fast and Furious actor died in a tragic car accident in November 2013, when a car he was travelling in crashed into a tree.

He left behind one daughter, Meadow, who shared a photo of herself as a baby with her daddy.

In the image, Paul kisses Meadow's cheek as the tot wraps her arms around his neck and chuckles in delight.

"Happy Father's Day," Meadow captioned the photo.

Paul's daughter shared another adorable snap of herself with her father earlier this year.

Meadow can be seen closing her eyes and flashing a toothy grin as she poses with the late Fast and Furious star in the candid snap.

The 16-year-old posted the poignant photo after recently returning from Coachella, where she showed she remains part of the Fast and Furious family as she posted a picture of herself hanging out with Vin Diesel and Elsa Pataky.

Elsa, who stars in the franchise, and is also wife to Chris Hemsworth, put her arm around Meadow as the group posed together.

Meadow, who let her hair down at the festival in Indio, California, lived with her dad for two years before his tragic death.

She now lives with her mother Rebecca Soteros, and attended the latest instalment’s premiere in Los Angeles in the spring with her family.

Late actor Paul - who tragically died in a car crash in November 2013 aged just 40 - filmed a number of scenes for the seventh instalment of the franchise before his death and his brother Cody thinks Paul would have loved the end result.

He said: "I wasn't nervous to see it. I was more anxious to see how it turned out.

"It's bittersweet, but I think Paul would be proud."
