Taking your bra off at the end of the day is one of the most satisfying feelings - but what do you do with it once you're free those lacy cups?
While some of us are guilty of just chucking it in a drawer, the more organised of us will neatly fold it in half and pop it neatly in there.
But bra fitters everywhere will be cringing if you're storing it this way.
Twisting your bra in half can cause damage to both the cups and the wires - especially underwire or moulded styles.
Michael Thomson, owner of Pour Moi says you should treat your bras as you do you suits, "you would never fold or misshape it, and the same level of care should be made.”
He advises stuffing the cups with socks or rolled up knickers to keep the shape and "encourage firmness" - but only whilst they're flat, reports the Sun.
But you can get away with folding unpadded or 'cut and sew' (pieces of fabric sewn together to form the cups), and even silk or lace ones - but only if you fold these inside out, since it protects the material.
Katie Thacker from the buying team at Boux Avenue, recommends storing your bras flat rather than folding them in half, but this all depends on how much space you have to spare.
So, it's time to Marie Kondo your bra collection and throw out any that no longer bring you joy, causes you pain or makes your boobs look a little lop-sided.
That way you'll have room to carefully lay out each of your bras flat and on top of each other.
But how long is too long to wear the same bra?
Agent Provocateur preaches the three day rule. Wearing your bra for longer than three days in a row can cause it to stretch and lose shape.
They said: “When you wash a bra it returns the fibres back to the original state so helps to keep it fitting well.”
And whilst we're on the topic, Persil recommends washing your bras after three to four wears - but this is just a rough guide!
Washing too much can actually cause the elastic to weaken, meaning you'll be spending a load of unnecessary money on new bras.
Quick tip! If you’re washing your bra in the washing machine, make sure to fasten your bra before you wash it, as it could get stuck in the drum.
