The 40-year-old has spent much of the past year studying for the baby Bar but is no closer to getting her license to practice law in light of her result.

In the newly released teaser, a defeated looking Kim is seen telling her sisters Kourtney, 42, and Khloé, 36, "Guys, I did not pass the baby Bar".

The SKIMS mogul goes on to admit that the baby Bar exam is in fact tougher than the official Bar in her confessional interview.

She shares: "If you do law school the way that I'm doing it, it's a four-year program instead of your typical three-year program and after year one, you have to take the baby Bar.

"This one actually harder here than the official Bar."

The teaser also shows footage of Kim talking to her mentor, attorney Jessica Jackson virtually about her scores.

Jessica says: "You needed a 560, you got a 474. That's extremely close on a test that most people are not taking in the middle of a pandemic."

However, Kim is left unimpressed by her attempt and says "I am a failure" to Jessica.

If Kim had passed the 'baby bar' exam, and she would have been allowed to continue her studies for a further three years.

She previously told Vogue magazine why she opted for the career change.

Kim said: "I had to think long and hard about this... I’ve always known my role, but I just felt like I wanted to be able to fight for people who have paid their dues to society.

"I just felt like the system could be so different, and I wanted to fight to fix it, and if I knew more, I could do more.”

CNN commentator and activist Van Jones - who worked with Kim and is now rumoured to be dating her - said he's seen her in action and she's a force to be reckoned with.

"I watched Kim Kardashian unleash the most effective, emotionally intelligent intervention that I’ve ever seen in American politics. It was remarkable.

"So for people who have fallen for this media caricature of the party girl from ten years ago who hangs out with Paris Hilton?

"This is the daughter of an accomplished attorney and the mother of three black kids who is using her full power to make a difference on a tough issue and is shockingly good at it.”
