YouTuber Tatiana Karanja, popularly known as Mama Olive, has disclosed that her two girls, Olive and Marley, have tested positive for COVID-19.
Just like her case, Mama Olive revealed that the girls did not show any symptoms and it was a shock when they received their positive results on Tuesday 14th July afternoon.
“Yesterday afternoon [Tuesday 14th July] we got the news that our girls are now positive. They were tested on Monday. (Incubation period is up to two weeks),” she shared on her Instagram page.
In another unbecoming turn of events, Mama Olive also disclosed that her sister who was looking after the children while she was away in quarantine also tested positive.
"And my amazing sister @katiwiki who took care of them while I left to isolate myself is also now positive. My girls must have given it to her, though at the time when we tested the tests showed they were negative. So as per doctor's request, the kids stayed with their aunt who was also negative. Now it is a whole mess. COVID-19 sucks," she revealed.
The vlogger revealed that she had tested positive even though she only had flu for two days and did not have any COVID-19 symptoms.
In a series of posts on her Instagram, she opened up how the disease had affected her mental health and how being away from her kids was a difficult measure.
