Method:
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, lime, garlic, salt and pepper.
Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape each into patties (about 4 inches wide).
Place the patties on an oiled hot pan on high heat and cook until browned (about 7 minutes) on both sides and no longer pink inside (you can cut to test).
Add the cheese on top and melt it in the oven.
Lay the buns cut side down on a pan and toast for about 30 to 60 seconds.
Spread yoghurt on the bun bottoms.
Add lettuce, tomato, patties, onion, ketchup and pepper.
Set bun tops in place and your burger is ready to eat. Enjoy!
