Naomi Campbell opens up about her new TV role as a cougar on Empire
Naomi Campbell plays a cougar for a guest role in the hit US television show Empire.
The 44-year-old model appears in the series, which airs tonight on E4 , as Camilla Marks the love interest of youngest son Hakeem.
Camilla is 20 years Hakeem's junior in the show, and Naomi said at times she felt shy when filming the raunchy scenes.
She told the Sun: "It is nerve-wracking to have people around you on your first day, on a pool table making out. But you have to get on with it, you have to get over it.
"I am shy at times in certain things and that was something I was shy about. But I did have fun."

Empire is about mogul Lucious Lyon, played by Terrence Howard, who has to choose one of his three sons as his successor for his record company Empire Entertainment.
Hakeem is the youngest son, Trai Bryers plays Andre Lyon the eldest and Jussie Smollett is Jamal Lyon, the middle son and 'black sheep' of the family.
Naomi also pointed out that her character was nothing like her as she would never be with someone younger than her.

Known for her diva behaviour, Naomi expressed her dislike for the term 'cougar' but says that character Camilla is just "living her life" and wants to protect Hakeem.
The model, who appeared in the Fresh Prince of Bel Air back in the 90s, has never expressed an interest in acting like other models such as Cara Delevingne and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
Empire is the first series in at least 23 years to have increased its viewership since its debut throughout the series achieving 23 million viewers for its finale.
