1 whole chicken, backbone removed (butterfly)
1 chilli bouillon cube
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ginger powder

2 teaspoons garlic ginger mince
1/4 cup white vinegar
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
What to do:
Lay the chicken flat on a tray and marinate it with all the above ingredients. Ensure that the marinade is distributed all over the chicken.
Smoke the chicken using a tiny bowl with about 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and a piece of hot charcoal. Place the little bowl with oil over the chicken then place the charcoal in the oil.
Quickly cover with foil so that the smoke will be trapped in the tray with the chicken. Let it smoke for about 10-15 minutes then remove the foil.
Place it in an air fryer and air fry at 190°C for 25 minutes. In between cooking time, flip the chicken and cook on the other side as well.
Enjoy with some delicious potato wedges.
