I present to you the simplest tempura recipe. So you can make it at home as well.
What you will need:
1kg or 20 tiger prawns
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
Juice of 1/2 lime
De-vein the prawn using a knife, clean the prawns, remove the head, legs and shells retain the tail, marinate the prawns with the above ingredients.
For the batter:
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
Salt to taste
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 cup water
Mix all ingredients in a bowl adjust the water until you get a desired consistency.
In a plate add breadcrumbs and another plate add some flour, coat the prawns with the flour, dip the prawns in the batter mixture then coat with the breadcrumbs, fry until golden and serve with your
