What you will need:-8 tablespoons of butter1 whole egg3/4 cup of brown sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 & 1/3 cups of flour
What to do
Put the butter in a pan over medium heat. Brown your butter until the bubbles become tiny and set aside to cool for about five minutes.
Add the butter to your mixing bowl and go in with the sugar. Mix well then add the vanilla, egg and baking soda. Now mix together until combined well
Follow with your flour. Mix well and scoop into eight equal size pieces on your baking tray.
Bake at 175°C for 10 to 12 minutes. Once ready, place your cookies on your plate and let them cool.
