Few days after DCI moved to arrest suspects in connection to the murder of Dr. Victoria Mutiso, DCP party leader has opened another can of worms implicating Kikuyu Police Station as a place where assassination are planned.

In a stinging revelation the former Deputy President and DCP party leader Rigathi Gachagua has declared that Kikuyu police station is a crime scene following the revelation that the officers linked with the murder hailed from a police post in Kikuyu.

Gachagua alleged that Kikuyu Police Station is the station where all assassination are planned and executed in Kenya.

“All the killer police men in this country are in Kikuyu Police Station under the command of Inspector Mulwa who is also protected by the Leader of Majority who is Kimani Ichungwa -  who makes sure that the Mulwa is not transferred. If you want to kill anyone in Kenya because you have some disagreement on anything, you just rush to Kikuyu Police Station and hire police men to kill your target,” Gachagua alleged during a church service yesterday.

He further alleged that to kill a person in Kenya each police man is paid Sh500,000 noting that the three police men implicated in the medic’s death were promised Sh1.5 million shillings meaning each one of them was to pocket Sh500,000.

“Policemen who have been trained to protect life and property by our taxes have become very cheap as to be hired to kill the same citizens they should be protecting. The policemen there alleged that there were some fire arms that were stolen in Kikuyu during the Gen Z uprising. The truth is that the guns are still there and because the firearm have been deleted from the government records the rogue policemen use them to kill Kenyans,”Gachagua alleged.

Rigathi called for dismantling of Kikuyu police station for harboring police men who are more of criminals than law enforcers.

“I therefore ask IG Kanja to move all the policemen in Kikuyu policemen and deploy them elsewhere and he should also tell us since the guns were allegedly stolen during the Gen Z uprising where is the investigations into the matter, we should have this report,” he said.

Gachagua told the congregation in Kiambaa constituency that Kenya is no longer safe for any one as the government has come up with a police crack unit whose mandate is to eliminate Kenyans instead of protecting them.

“We have assassins in this country in uniform. Reverend Ndumia of PCEA Nakuru was eliminated by the this special crack unit, Rachael Wandeto the woman who is trending in social media was eliminated by the same people. Mohamed Amin the DCI is busy in cover up of this tragedies. I blew his cover days ago and he went to press to announce that I had contacts with killers. How would I be in contacts with the killers yet am the one who blew their cover,” Gachagua. [George Njunge]

Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary General Francis Atwoli has warned security officers against leaking confidential government information to the DCP party leader Rigathi Gachagua.

Gachagua, former deputy president, has been exposing government secrets to the public. In the recent past, Gachagua has proven to be privy to confidential information in the government.

Atwoli has expressed concerns over the manner Gachagua gets confidential government information.

The COTU boss attributed the leakage to senior government officials in the security docket.

Speaking when he presided over a fundraiser in company of KUPPET Secretary General Akelo Misori at St Francis Mawego Catholic Church in Karachuonyo Constituency,  Atwoli warned that some senior officials in the government risk being sacked over the misconduct.

"The manner in which Gachugua gets gets information from the government astonishing. Security officials who have become his informants risk being fired from their jobs,” Atwoli said.

Atwoli accused Gachagua of misusing information confidential government information. He told security officials to stop providing Gachagua with confidential government information.

“Gachagua is misusing the confidential information he gets from the government. Let those who provide him with the information stop,” he added.

The COTU boss told police and NIS to avoid engaging Gachagua in a manner which can enable him to get intelligence information.

Atwoli told Gachagua to emulate him since he also gets intelligence information but he does not misuse it.  He said the information he gets is used for the right purpose.

"Nobody will hear me announce confidential government information in public. I cannot reveal any confidential information I get," he added.

The trade unionist argued that misuse of intelligence information endangers the lives of security officers and citizens.

Atwoli used the platform to accuse the Linda Mwananchi movement of misleading Kenyans against the vision of former ODM leader the late Raila Odinga.

He alleged that Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna wants to divide the Luhya community.

Atwoli said his wish was to have the Luhya community united.

"He alleges to possess Raila’s spirits but that is untrue.  They don’t understand politics and want to polarize our community.," Atwoli said.

Atwoli alleged that Sifuna and Embakasi MP Babu Owino were too young to lead Kenya.

" They are still young and cannot lead the county. The role of youths like them is to join the military and protect this country from external aggression," he added.

He warned Kenyans to maintain peace ahead of the next year’s General Election.

“Violence is very bad as it disrupts businesses and normal way of life. It also takes a long time for economic recovery," Awoli said.
