The avocado complement contains nutrients like Vitamin E and fats that help in nourishing your skin while at the same time soothing wrinkled and dry skin.

Shampoo

Another practical use for avocados is making shampoo for your hair. Avocado is useful is repairing damaged hair and gaining back its volume. This explains why most hair products are made from avocado extracts.

Grate your avocado pit and boil it. Strain it and add to your shampoo and you have yourself a perfect moisturizer. The moisturizer will help soothe your scalp and promote healthy and strong hair growth.

Shaving cream

If your skin gets itchy or irritated after shaving, then maybe you should shift to more natural products like avocado.

Heat your shea butter and coconut oil and move the mixture into a bowl, add some olive oil and refrigerate until it becomes solid.

Once done, whip it up and add your mashed avocado, ensure it is smooth. When ready, apply it to your legs or arms for shaving.

The avocado in the mixture helps to prevent razor burns. This will leave your skin smooth and soft.

Foot scrub

Last but not least, avocados can be used during pedicures as a foot scrub. Avocado will help smoothen dry and callused feet.

Let your avocado pit dry for a few days and then grind it leaving it with rough particles. Take your grinded avocado and mix it with some freshly mashed avocadoes. The grinded pit will give it a rough consistency.

Then add some vinegar and salt that will act as an exfoliator. Ensure you soak your legs in warm water before rubbing the avocado mixture to your feet. This method is cheaper and convenient for you while in the house.
