If you've ever wondered how you can help your pregnant partner or friend feel some relief, you'll be glad to know there's a surprisingly simple trick.
A man has revealed how to relieve some of the pressure they might be feeling, in a video that has been viewed a staggering 29 million times.
The dad, known as @daddynewb on TikTok, demonstrated how he helps his wife by quite literally carrying some of the weight of her pregnancy for a few minutes a day.
He said: "If you wanna do a favour for that pregnant lady, you’re going to gently lift her belly up, you’re gonna hold maybe 4.5 - 6.8kg (10-15 pounds).
"And then when she’s ready, you’re gonna gently lower it back down."
He begins by positioning his hands firmly under her stomach, making sure that he has a good grip before he lifts it up so that he is holding the weight instead of his wife - and the look on her face was enough to stun viewers.
