When they moved into their house, Nishit and Rakhee Mediratta agreed they wanted only the best for their toddler son.
They wanted his room to wear the imprint of the future. To achieve this they sourced for the materials, colour scheme and design from PG Bison, a supplier of interior building materials.
For the young parents, it was easy to put this room together because they knew what they wanted. They chose sturdy coloured boards, and once they decided on the measurements, a computerised design blueprint was quickly drawn up by a team from PG Bison.
This blue room was designed to grow with their three year son. As such, it comprises of well-organised compartmentalised areas for sleeping, reading, organising and putting away toys as well as for clothing.

Cartoon characters make for a fun and playful atmosphere, such as the spider man bedspread and the appliquÈ wall decorations featuring cartoons from the animated films CARS and Finding Nemo.
Educational value
The design of this baby room is particularly effective because it contains an educational component to help the young child learn from his environment that everything has a place and it must be returned to where it belongs. This in turn will thus empower him with vital organisational skills from an early age.
Colourful books and games, placed within easy reach provide opportunities for him to entertain himself for hours on end. This baby room is thus a haven for relaxation, learning and fun.
