Questions are only great when you know the answers, right? Wrong!
Games are only fun when you're winning, right? ... I'll pass on this, because I'm very competitive.
But I know what trivia is good for, your brain!
It flexes your brain power and it's a fun way to learn. Whether you know the answers or not, you'll learn a lot of facts on plenty of subjects from science to politics, and geography to art, or just about anything really.
Research shows that people who participate in mentally and socially stimulating activities enjoy greater cognitive function than those who don't.
