Drama is unfolding at Kayole, Nairobi, where police have cornered a man suspected to have killed and set ablaze 34-year-old Margaret Muchemi last week.
Muchemi was found murdered last week at her house in Nairobi’s Njiru estate.
Standard Digital has established that police have arrested the suspect, who a reliable source on the ground say has climbed to the roof of a house located near Kayole Junction.
Upon getting wind that officers were searching for him, the man escaped to the roof.
The suspect is in hiding at a house in Kayole Junction as officers from the Crime Research and Intelligence Bureau hunt him down. The 27-year-old man is suspected of killing her ex-lover and setting her body ablaze.
