Kiambu Woman Rep aspirant Gathoni wa Muchoba has urged men in the county to sire more kids.
Gathoni, popularly known as ‘Minji Minji’ and who trounced President Uhuru Kenyatta’s first cousin Ann Nyokabi during the party primaries to clinch the Jubilee ticket for the August 8 polls, claims that men have failed to increase the population in the county due to laxity.
“We need you to sire more children, don’t fear anything. I will take the responsibility of providing diapers once I become the Woman Rep of this county. “
“Increase the number of children in your homes. I’m with you till the end”, promised Gathoni in Thika amid cheers and jubilation.
She had accompanied President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto in for a campaign rally in the town.
