Conmen posing as celebrities is nothing new and it was a matter of time until another local celerity felt the brunt of having an impersonator.

These cunning characters never tire of posing as celebrities who end up swindling innocent fans and other parties into believing they are the real deal. The latest target in these never ending scams is NTV news anchor Victoria Rubadiri.
