Nairobi County Police Commander Japheth Koome on Sunday, November 12 claimed that National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders did not have permission to hold a rally at Jacaranda Grounds in Embakasi.
He said that the leaders had not notified the police of the rally and therefore they could not get security detail as stated by the law.
