Woman withdraws child support case against Mike Sonko

A woman who had moved to court seeking child support from former Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko has withdrawn the case, claiming she was promised Sh1 million to tarnish his name.

On May 12 this year, Collet Lusuyi, a resident of Kajiado County, filed a case in court seeking to have Sonko compelled to pay monthly upkeep of Sh448,450 accusing him of neglecting their child whom he allegedly sired 15 years ago.
