The Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) has strongly condemned the alleged bullying and sexual harassment witnessed at Brown's Food Company in Tigoni, Limuru.
In a statement on Friday, July 7, the human resource firm said that the behavior by a HR officer went against the Human Resource Code of conduct and ethics, and if found culpable, appropriate action will be taken.
