Musingu School and Butere Girls High School are the 2024 Kakamega County Secondary School football champions.

Musingu successfully defended their county gong after thrashing Munyuki Boys 3-1 in an entertaining final match staged at Mumias Sports Complex in Mumias, Kakamega County.

Valentin Isalambo gave the Scorpions a first half lead before Harrison Amalema sealed the win with a second half brace.

Meanwhile, Butere Girls dethroned Arch Bishop Njenga to win the Kakamega County football girls title.

Patience Atieno netted a brace as the national champions booked a ticket to the regionals.

Butere Girls hammered Musoli 8-0 in the semis to book a date with Arch Bishop Njenga, who won knocked out Mwitoti 5-0.
