Apart from being easy to make, kebabs are also delicious. Cook them over a grill sandwich maker or charcoal grill.
Ingredients:
500g minced meat
1 red capsicum, chopped
1 green capsicum, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic ginger mince
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, garlic ginger and turmeric and mix well using your hands. Add the capsicum and lime juice and mix further until all ingredients are well combined. Now mould your kebabs on a skewer, flattening them with your fingers. Pan-sear the kebabs in a non-stick pan over medium heat with vegetable oil. Serve with naan bread or salad.
