Getting the perfect shape and size of paneer or tofu by cutting it with a knife can be tricky.
Whoever invented the paneer/tofu slicer had me in mind. I like eating tofu and paneer but, until I got my hands on a slicer, my shapes were never right, either too big, small, long, short but edible.
The slicer is won’t take up much space in your kitchen. It is made from food grade plastic, is durable and simple to clean though you need to clean it with a soft brush.
