What you will need:
500g boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 teaspoon garlic ginger mince

1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 onion cut into cubes
I yellow capsicum cut into cubes
1 green capsicum cut into cubes
Skewers soaked in water
Vegetable oil for frying
What to do:
Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients except for the capsicums and onions. Skewer the chicken cubes alternating with the capsicum and onions.
Pan sear the chicken skewers in a pan over medium heat with the vegetable oil until golden brown on each side. once all the skewers are cooked place them over a bed of mashed potatoes.
Using the same pan that has the chicken flavours, put in the remaining capsicum and onion cubes and sauté. Add the remaining marinade from the chicken and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Pour the veggies over the chicken skewers and enjoy.
