Legendary Kenyan artiste Nameless has been the talk of the internet after issuing a ‘public apology’ to his wife, Wahu. This follows a hilarious video on TikTok where Wahu is seen playfully reacting to her husband dancing alongside two video vixens.

In the video, one of the video vixens caught Kenyans’ attention with her flawless moves and incredible outfit. After Wahu’s amusing reaction to the video made headlines, netizens began engaging in playful banter. This comes after Nameless released a new song with Gengetone artiste Maandy, which has been trending on TikTok challenges.

This is not the first time the couple has entertained Kenyans with their comedic exchanges. On the ‘Sinzia’ sensation’s Instagram page (@namelesskenya), Wahu wrote, "My husband has something he wants to say, and it comes from the bottom of his heart. He shall address the nation at 7 PM tonight.” Fans and netizens flocked to the page, eagerly commenting on their expectations for the ‘press conference.’

At 7 PM, David Mathenge, alias Nameless, took to Instagram and posted an interesting and funny video. Seated next to him was his wife, Wahu, holding a frying pan in one hand and her phone in the other. Carefully, he began his statement for the ‘press conference.’

"After a bit of consideration, I have been instructed to… I mean, I have decided myself that maybe I should reduce… no, I mean, I should completely stop sharing videos of me dancing with girls for this challenge," Nameless stammered, nervously glancing at his frying pan-wielding wife.

The ‘Inspire’ artiste went on to say that he would no longer be dancing with women, especially video vixens. He even jokingly added that he would focus on dancing with kids and men, insisting that the TikTok challenge was meant for all genders. As he spoke, ‘Liar’ hitmaker Wahu momentarily waved the frying pan in his direction, further amusing netizens and fans.

"So, after very strict orders—I mean, after very deep thought from myself—I am going to be sharing different kinds of content now. And maybe, if my wife agrees, we can even do the challenge together (sips water with shaky hands). But of course, whatever she wants. No one has told me to do this; these are just my thoughts. I love my wife, and I love music,” Nameless concluded his ‘press conference,’ casting a sheepish glance at Wahu as he wrapped up his ‘apology.’

The two legendary musicians have been married for 18 years and have three daughters. Before their amusing ‘press conference,’ Wahu had already begun playfully teasing Nameless in the comment section of the TikTok video. She humorously wrote, "Naenda hivi narudi."

Netizens reacted to her comment, prompting her to take it up a notch. She asked fans to vote on the best course of action, with laughable options including, “Watu walale kwa couch, Watu walale nje, Watu wasamehewe?” Fans found it hilarious and urged her to ‘forgive’ him.

The song is just ten days old and has already garnered 105K views on YouTube.
