Kenyan producer Vic West has signed a deal with Universal Music Group East Africa (UMG EA).
Known for his distinctive sound and productions for artists like Fathermoh, Savara, Brandy Maina, and Breeder, Vic West has gained recognition both in Kenya and internationally.
He began developing his craft during his High School and University years but his breakthrough came after producing the hit song "Kuna Kuna," which gained widespread popularity among Kenyan music fans.
"I’ve always been driven by a desire to push the boundaries of my music and creativity. Signing with UMG EA felt like the right opportunity to take my sound to a global platform,” Vic West said.
Through this partnership, the artiste aims to broaden his artistic reach, collaborate with international artists, and contribute to the growth of African music globally.
