Kenya Airways (KQ) has been recognised as the airline with the Best Business Class at this year's Africa World Travel Award, for the third year running. The airline scooped the top award at the World's Leading Airline Gala Ceremony held last Saturday at the Kempinski Hotel, Seychelles.
KQ beat Egypt Air, Ethiopian Airlines, Royal Air Moroc and South African Airways. Kenya Airways Chief Executive Mbuvi Ngunze attributed the success to recent investments by the airline on its product offering.
"We have been investing heavily in our product to improve the customers' experience. This award, the third year in a row, is a testament of the investments that we have made in the past couple of years in terms of our aircraft and the service we offer our customers," said Ngunze.
He noted the airline was committed to consistently delivering world-class service to its clients.
