2. Have your support network of family and friends around you for practical reasons as well as emotional ones – you might need a place to stay or someone to help out with the kids.
3. Don’t be afraid to cry and feel angry – it’s important to let your emotions out. And give yourself time to grieve the loss of that relationship before moving on.
