Ingredients:
750g beef steak
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon Garlic ginger paste
150g butter

1/2 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
4 sweet corn, boiled and cut into thick slices
Cherry tomatoes
Method:
Clean the steak and rub salt all over it.
Sprinkle the rosemary on the beef on each side.
Set aside to rest for about 20 minutes.
In a nonstick pan over medium heat add the oil and heat it.
Pan-sear the steak for about five minutes on each side or until brown.
Place the steak on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 C for about 45 minutes.
Five minutes before removing throw in the cherry tomatoes and let them roast in the same steak tray.
In the same steak pan over medium heat, add the butter, garlic ginger paste and saute.
Add the sweet corn and cook for five minutes.
Garnish with coriander and pour over the steak once out of the oven. Enjoy!
