Tomato sauce
Choma sauce
Chili sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Dice the tomato and onion. Mix the two to create kachumbari. Cut the smokie into two longitudinal pieces. Do not slice all the way through, just enough to separate into halves.
Place the smokie at the centre of chapati. Fill the sliced smokie with a generous amount of kachumbari.
Add the sauces to the kachumbari, wrap the chapati over the mixture, and take a bite of the juicy snack. Enjoy!
