Here is a simple holiday chicken and cheese sandwich made using whole wheat brown bread.
To make the sandwich you will need:-
4 slices brown bread
2 thick slices mozzarella cheese
250g chicken breast (boneless)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon white vinegar
What to do.
Cut the chicken into three thin slices then marinate the chicken with paprika, black paper and salt to Taste. Add the white vinegar mix well and set aside. Pan sear the chicken breast on a non-stick pan or a skillet and cook until Golden brown. Once all the chicken is cooked, take your slices of bread place them over the skillet Place the chicken on top add in the mozzarella cheese slices cover with another slice of bread and toast until golden on both sides. The cheese will melt over the chicken and it will become delicious. Enjoy.
