- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chopped bacon, jalapenos, or any other desired toppings
Instructions:
Peel your potatoes and cut them into chip sizes. Heat your oil in a skillet and fry your potatoes.
While the fries are cooking, cook the chicken breast if you haven't done so already. You can bake, grill, or boil the chicken until it is fully cooked. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
Once the fries are cooked and crispy, remove them from the oven or fryer and transfer them to a large oven-safe dish or baking sheet.
Spread the shredded chicken evenly over the fries. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and fries.
Place the dish back in the oven for a few minutes, just until the cheese has melted.
While the cheese is melting, prepare your desired toppings. Dice the tomatoes, slice the green onions, and gather any additional toppings you want to add.
Once the cheese has melted, remove the dish from the oven. Sprinkle the diced tomatoes and sliced green onions over the top of the melted cheese.
Drizzle the sour cream and ranch dressing over the loaded fries. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
If desired, add any additional toppings such as chopped bacon or jalapenos. Serve the chicken-loaded fries immediately while they are still hot and enjoy!
Tip: Feel free to customize the recipe to your liking by adding other toppings or sauces that you enjoy.
