To saute;
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic mince
2 tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon sunrise curry
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 capsicum, diced
Fresh coriander, chopped
Method:
In a pan over medium heat saute the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes and cover for about three minutes to soften them. Mix well.
Now add the spices, mix and cook for a few minutes. Add the marinated chicken, capsicum and coriander and mix.
Pour in the water and cook until the liquid thickens, and you have a saucy curry. Serve with rice, ugali or chapati. Enjoy!
