INGREDIENTS:
? 2 tablespoons oil
? 1 medium onion, sliced
? 2 cups carrots, chopped diagonally
? 2 cups broccoli florets
? 2 cups French beans
? 2 cloves garlic, crushed
? Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In a cooking pot, over medium heat, put all the ingredients together and let cook, tossing so as to cook evenly for 10/15mins or until soft but not cooked through.
-Serve hot
Note: Use any vegetables you have following the same directions. For example, cauliflower, peas, sugar snaps, green peppers and coloured peppers.
