The Communications Commission of Kenya could soon be spying on your emails should it go ahead with plans to install a cyber security system that will monitor internet traffic. There is concern that the right to privacy in Kenya may be under siege with the CCK announcement coming hot on the heels of a bill proposed by the NSIS seeking a wide range of powers to examine personal data.
