Bloating is a common body malfunction that occurs for a number of reasons like eating foods like beans, foods high in fiber and some vegetables. In other cases bloating can be caused by eating too fast, taking carbonated drinks and swallowing air while chewing gum.

Bloating is basically gas trapped in your stomach which can sometimes be uncomfortable while for others even painful. If you constantly feel bloated after meals, here are some fruits you can add to your diet to help fight bloating naturally:

Avocados

It’s arguably one of the best food complements and is perfect in salads and sandwiches. Avocados are rich in potassium that help prevent water retention by regulating sodium levels in your body. Next time when you think of having those potato chips, ensure to have avocado as a side as they will help reduce salt-induced bloating.
