Today we make beef wet fry.
Ingredients:
1kg beef chunks
1/2 cup white vinegar
3 onions, sliced
1 green pepper cut into cubes
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon garlic paste

Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
In a bowl put the beef. Add the vinegar to the beef and let it tenderise for about 30 minutes.
In a pan over medium heat add the oil. Sauté the onions until golden brown, and set them aside.
Add the beef that is already soaked in vinegar. Add the garlic paste and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Add the water, salt and pepper, and cook until the liquid is reduced. Add the green pepper and fried onions and mix.
Cook until almost dry and garnish with coriander.
Serve with chapati or ugali. Enjoy!
