Seven fruits you can use for flawless skin

According to a study published in 2010 in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, certain vitamins found in some foods do help to protect our skin. Some of these foods help you in looking younger, smoother and keep skin problems like acne, psoriasis and eczema at bay.

Mango

Mangoes are rich in Vitamin C, becoming an effective treatment for pimples and acne. Eating mangoes everyday, be it in your smoothie, salad or just the fruit, mangoes can also help get rid of acne scars and blemishes.

Avocado 

Filled with polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, avocados are your perfect fruit for better skin. To get that glowing face, you can consume it or apply it as a mask. Avocados have many benefits towards your skin tone and texture. They actually reduce inflammation beneath the skin, hence should be included in your daily diet.

Noni Fruit

It helps to heal wounds on the skin. This also helps to treat acne.

Pomegranate

This fruit is a perfect one for the sunny days or even when you're feeling blue. It's reddish seeds are easily juiced to make a healthy drink. The pomegranate is known for its anti-ageing benefits and antioxidant content, moreso being packed with Vitamins A, C and E, it ensures that the skin is protected from free-radicals while cleansing.

Apricot

Apricots are a great source of fibre. Packed with vitamin C, E and iron. If you have mature, dry, sensitive or inflamed skin. It contains antioxidants which nourish and make skin feel fresher.

Papaya

This fruit, so yellow or orange on the inside, contains enzymes like papain and chymopapain that help prevent skin damage by free radicals. When you eat papaya, you're assured of benefiting from its  antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties. They can also help treat warts, eczema, corns, and cutaneous tubercles, making your skin stand out.

Strawberries

Strawberries are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. Due to their low sugar level, you'll realize that this ensures your face is smoother. Sugar tends to cause a lot of the breakouts, which is put down once you opt for strawberries. 

To continually keep your skin, especially the face glowing, make it routine to drink water and stay hydrated. Going low on smoking, caffeine and alcohol will also have a great impact on how your face looks. Always eat a diet with leaner meats, more fruits and a lot of vegetables.
