Former US First lady Michelle Obama has blasted women who voted for US President Donald Trump.
In talk delivered at a marketing conference Mrs Obama suggested that the women who voted for Trump voted against their own interests.
She took a swipe at the voters who had voted for Obama saying that Hillary Clinton was the best choice for America. “Any woman who voted against Hillary Clinton voted against their own voice,” She said.
According to Boston.com Michelle Obama saw the irony in 41 percent of women voting for Trump. “That we look at those two candidates, as women, and many of us said, ‘He’s better for me. His voice is more true to me.” She exclaimed.
She would however in her speech reveal that she wanted Trump to be successful in his presidency. “We want him to be successful. He was elected,” she said
